At Yonsei Coffee Co., we bring craft coffee drinks and matcha to markets, weddings, and gatherings all across the DFW area. Founded by me, Claire Cadena, and my husband, Alfredo Osornio, our mobile coffee cart is all about turning great coffee into great connections.
Yonsei is rooted in intention. We brew using specialty coffee beans from local roasteries and love supporting local wherever we go.
The name Yonsei means “fourth generation” in Japanese, honoring my Japanese-Mexican heritage as a diaspora descendant and my family’s journey in search of opportunity.
Our logo, designed in collaboration with Japanese-Mexican artist Fumikoten, tells its own story. Our logo, two colorful bunnies sharing a cup, is a homage to community. We believe community is at the epicenter of coffee and a cup of coffee always tastes better shared.
